عودت وجه

ویکی اکسچنج وجه پرداختی کاربران را در مدت 3 روز کاری عودت می‌دهد. در شرایط ویژه، عودت وجه ممکن است بیشتر از 3 روز طول بکشد. در صورتی که سرویس درخواستی کاربر انجام نشده باشد، وجه بدون کارمزد عودت داده می‌شود. در صورتی که سرویس انجام شده باشد و بعد از آن وجه به حساب ویکی اکسچنج برگشت داده شود، فقط وجه برگشت‌داده‌شده، به نرخ روز برگشت و به صورت ریالی با کاربر خواهد شد. در صورتی که کاربر برای دریافت خدماتی وجه ریالی به ویکی اکسچنج پرداخت کند اما خدمات را دریافت نکند، وجه پرداختی به صورت ریالی و به امانت نزد ویکی اکسچنج باقی می‌ماند. تغییرات نرخ ارز به هیچ وجه تاثیری در مقدار وجهی که به کاربر بازپرداخت می‌شود، نخواهد داشت. وجهی که از سوی کاربر در سیستم ویکی اکسچنج پرداخت می‌شود، به صورت امانت نزد ویکی اکسچنج است. با این وجه کاری انجام نمی‌شود و مشمول هیچ سودی نمی‌شود. با وجهی که کاربر در سیستم پرداخت می‌کند، ارز خریده نمی‌شود. بنابراین اگر کاربر وجهی نزد ویکی اکسچنج داشته باشد، تغییرات نرخ ارز تاثیری در مقدار آن نخواهد داشت. در صورتی که ثبت نام در سیستم ویکی اکسچنج به نام شرکت انجام شود، ویکی اکسچنج می‌تواند نام شرکت را در بخش مشتریان نشان دهد. کاربر موظف است قبل از استفاده از هر سرویس، اطلاعات لازم مربوط به آن را مطالعه کند. برگشت وجه به حساب‌های ویکی اکسچنج حتما باید با هماهنگی قبلی انجام شود. ویکی اکسچنج از ارائه خدمات به افراد زیر ۱۸ سال و محجورین معذور است. کاربر می‌تواند با استفاده از موجودی کیف پول ریالی، خدماتی را که در ویکی اکسچنج ارائه می‌شود، خریداری نماید. کاربر نمی‌تواند موجودی کیف پول ریالی خود را به حساب بانکی انتقال دهد. مگر در صورتی که ارز به ویکی اکسچنج فروخته باشد. ویکی اکسچنج متعهد است که از اطلاعات شخصی کاربران خود محافظت کند.

Refund

WikiExchange will refund the user’s payment within 3 business days. Under special circumstances, the refund may take longer than 3 days. If the user’s requested service has not been provided, the money will be refunded without any fees. If the service has been provided and the money is subsequently returned to the WikiExchange account, only the returned money will be refunded to the user at the daily rate of return and in Rials. If the user pays WikiExchange Rials to receive services but does not receive the services, the payment will remain in trust with WikiExchange in Rials. Exchange rate changes will in no way affect the amount of money that is refunded to the user. The money that is paid by the user in the WikiExchange system is held in trust by WikiExchange. WikiExchange is unable to provide services to individuals under the age of 18 and incapacitated persons. The user can use the balance of their Rial wallet to purchase services offered in WikiExchange. The user cannot transfer the balance of their Rial wallet to a bank account. Except if the user has sold currency to WikiExchange. WikiExchange is committed to protecting the personal information of its users.

Identity verification

WikiExchange is required to obtain the necessary documents for identity verification from users before providing online services. The documents required for identity verification in WikiExchange are:

Exclusive rules

• مبلغ ریفاند در صورت درخواست مشتری ظرف مدت ۴۸ تا ۷۲ ساعت کاری تسویه خواهد شد.

قوانین اختصاصی

• مدت زمان انجام سفارش از چند دقیقه تا ۲۴ ساعت ممکن است زمان ببرد.
• در صورت ثبت سفارش اشتباه باید در اولین فرصت از طریق تیکت اطلاع دهید و اطلاعات صحیح را ارسال کنید.
• برای شارژ هر حساب باید سفارش جدا ثبت کنید.
• خرید از سایت هایی که اطلاعات پروفایل مربوط به ایران باشد انجام نمی شود.
• در سفارش های شارژ حساب پی پال توجه داشته باشید کارمزد انتقال که بین ۴ تا ۵ درصد است از گیرنده وجه کسر خواهد شد.

• کاربر حق ندارد از خدمات ویکی اکسچنج برای انجام فعالیت‌های غیرقانونی استفاده کند.
• کاربر حق ندارد اطلاعات شخصی خود را در اختیار دیگران قرار دهد.

ماده ۱

ایجاد حساب کاربری در سایت ویکی اکسچنج بر عهده شخص است و اجازه استفاده از حساب کاربری برای اشخاص دیگر وجود ندارد. در اختیار قراردادن اطلاعات حساب کاربری خود به دیگران و خرید و فروش رمز ارز برای دیگران، خلاف مقررات سایت ویکی اکسچنج و جرم است و مسئولیت کامل این امر بر عهده دارنده حساب و استفاده‌کننده از آن خواهد بود. همچنین کاربر مسئولیت خرید رمز ارز در ویکی اکسچنج را می‌پذیرد. در صورت استعلام پلیس فتا مبنی بر تراکنش مشکوک ثبت‌شده توسط کاربر در سایت ویکی اکسچنج، درخواست کاربر انجام نخواهد شد و مراتب امر مورد پیگیری قرار خواهد گرفت.

Article 1

Creating a user account on the WikiExchange website is the responsibility of the individual, and the use of the user account for other individuals is not allowed. Providing your account information to others and buying and selling cryptocurrencies for others is against the regulations of the WikiExchange website and is a crime, and the full responsibility for this lies with the account holder and the user. Also, the user accepts responsibility for buying cryptocurrencies on WikiExchange. In the event of an inquiry from the FATA Police regarding a suspicious transaction registered by the user on the WikiExchange website, the user’s request will not be processed and the matter will be pursued.

ماده ۲

در صورت رصد هرگونه فعالیت مشکوک، ویکی اکسچنج این حق را دارد که پنل کاربر را مسدود و از ارائه خدمات به کاربر جلوگیری کند.

Article 2

In the event of monitoring any suspicious activity, WikiExchange has the right to block the user’s panel and prevent services from being provided to the user.

ماده ۳

جهت جلوگیری از انجام تراکنش‌های مشکوک و حفظ امنیت بیشتر برای تمامی کاربران متقاضی خدمات رمز ارز، احراز هویت کامل برای استفاده از این خدمات اجباری است. ویکی اکسچنج با هیچ مجموعه‌ای در زمینه رمز ارزها همکاری ندارد و بدیهی است اگر مجموعه‌ دیگری تعهدی را از جانب ویکی اکسچنج بیان کرده باشد، ویکی اکسچنج موظف به انجام آن نیست و مسئولیتی نیز متوجه ویکی اکسچنج نخواهد بود.

Article 3

In order to prevent suspicious transactions and maintain greater security for all users applying for cryptocurrency services, full identity verification is mandatory to use these services. WikiExchange does not cooperate with any group in the field of cryptocurrencies, and it is obvious that if another group has made a commitment on behalf of WikiExchange, WikiExchange is not obligated to fulfill it and WikiExchange will not be responsible for it.

ماده ۴

خرید رمز ارز از ویکی اکسچنج نیازمند تایید کامل احراز هویت (شامل تایید تصویر سلفی، تایید تصویر کارت ملی، تایید مشخصات سکونت) و فرآیند فروش رمز ارز به ویکی اکسچنج نیز نیازمند تایید اولیه (شامل تایید تصویر کارت ملی) است. امکان پرداخت با کارت بانکی شخص دیگر برای خرید رمز ارز وجود ندارد و کاربر تنها می‌تواند از کارت‌های تایید شده در پنل کاربری خود خرید ارز دیجیتال انجام دهد. ویکی اکسچنج هیچگونه خدماتی به اتباع کشورهای دیگر و افراد زیر ۱۸ سال ارائه نمی‌دهد.

Article 4

Buying cryptocurrency from WikiExchange requires full verification of identity (including confirmation of selfie image, confirmation of national card image, confirmation of residence details) and the process of selling cryptocurrency to WikiExchange also requires initial confirmation (including confirmation of national card image). It is not possible to pay with another person’s bank card to buy cryptocurrency, and the user can only buy digital currency from the cards approved in their user panel. WikiExchange does not provide any services to citizens of other countries and individuals under 18 years of age.

ماده ۵

به جهت جلوگیری از پولشویی و ارتقاء امنیت اکانت کاربران، طبق دستور پلیس فتا، ویکی اکسچنج این حق را دارد که برخی از تراکنش های مشکوک خرید رمز ارز کاربران را نزد خود نگاه داشته و پس از ۷۲ ساعت به کیف پول ایشان ارسال نماید.

Article 5

In order to prevent money laundering and improve the security of users’ accounts, according to the order of the FATA Police, WikiExchange has the right to keep some of the suspicious cryptocurrency purchase transactions of users and send them to their wallet after 72 hours.

ماده ۶

تمامی اولین خریدهای رمز ارز در سایت ویکی اکسچنج به مدت 72 ساعت نزد ویکی اکسچنج نگهداری می‌شوند و سپس انتقال رمز ارز به کیف پول شخصی کاربر انجام می‌شود.

Article 6

All first purchases of cryptocurrencies on the WikiExchange website are kept with WikiExchange for 72 hours, and then the cryptocurrency is transferred to the user’s personal wallet.

ماده ۷

مبلغی که در قسمت «فروش رمز ارز به ویکی اکسچنج» به کاربر نمایش داده می‌شود، به صورت حدودی و بر حسب مقادیر واردشده از سمت کاربر است؛ مبلغ نهایی بر حسب نرخ جهانی رمز ارز در لحظه نشستن به کیف پول ویکی اکسچنج محاسبه می‌شود که در نهایت به حساب بانکی کاربر واریز خواهد شد.

Article 7

The amount displayed to the user in the “Sell Cryptocurrency to WikiExchange” section is approximate and based on the values entered by the user; the final amount is calculated based on the global rate of the cryptocurrency at the moment of settling into the WikiExchange wallet, which will eventually be deposited into the user’s bank account.

ماده ۸

کاربر موظف است قبل از ورود به درگاه پرداخت، پیش‌فاکتور ارائه‌شده را با دقت مطالعه و با آگاهی کامل شرایط و قوانین را تایید و پرداخت خود را نهایی کند.

Article 8

The user is obliged to carefully study the provided proforma invoice before entering the payment gateway and, with full knowledge of the terms and conditions, confirm and finalize their payment.

ماده ۹

در صورتی که تراکنش رمز ارز در حالت پردازش توسط شبکه بلاکچین قرار گرفته باشد، کاربر موظف است تا زمان مشخص شدن وضعیت تراکنش منتظر بماند.

Article 9

If the cryptocurrency transaction is in the processing state by the blockchain network, the user is obliged to wait until the status of the transaction is determined.

ماده ۱۰

درخواست‌های خرید رمز ارز از ویکی اکسچنج در کمتر از ۳۰ دقیقه انجام می‌شوند و در صورت بروز موارد خاص ممکن است انجام درخواست‌ها تا چند ساعت زمان بر باشد.

Article 10

Cryptocurrency purchase requests from WikiExchange are processed in less than 30 minutes, and in special cases, processing requests may take several hours.

ماده ۱۱

در صورت انتخاب اشتباه بستر رمز ارز برای درخواست‌های خرید و فروش رمز ارز، ویکی اکسچنج هیچگونه مسئولیتی در قبال عدم دریافت رمز ارز به آدرس کاربر یا تسویه ریالی ندارد.

Article 11

In the event of an incorrect selection of the cryptocurrency platform for cryptocurrency purchase and sale requests, WikiExchange has no responsibility for non-receipt of the cryptocurrency to the user’s address or settlement in Rials.

ماده ۱۲

کاربر موظف است در بارگذاری آدرس کیف پول دقت لازم را داشته باشید. ویکی اکسچنج مسئولیتی در قبال ارسال رمز ارز به آدرس اشتباه ندارد و پس از ثبت درخواست امکان تغییر آدرس وجود نخواهد داشت.

Article 12

The user is obliged to be careful in uploading the wallet address. WikiExchange is not responsible for sending cryptocurrency to the wrong address, and after registering the request, it will not be possible to change the address.

ماده ۱۳

در هنگام خرید و یا فروش رمز ارز از درج تگ یا ممو آدرس موردنظر برای رمزارزهایی نظیر ریپل، ایاس، بایننس و… به صورت صحیح اطمینان حاصل کنید، در غیر این صورت رمزارز موردنظر به آدرس مقصد واریز نخواهد شد و بابت این مورد، مسئولیتی متوجه ویکی اکسچنج نیست.

Article 13

When buying or selling cryptocurrencies, make sure that the tag or memo of the desired address for cryptocurrencies such as Ripple, EOS, Binance, etc. is entered correctly, otherwise the desired cryptocurrency will not be deposited to the destination address, and WikiExchange is not responsible for this.

ماده 14

ویکی اکسچنج تعهدی در مورد استفاده کاربران از آدرس‌های مدت‌دار ندارد و کاربر باید مد نظر داشته باشد که درخواست خرید رمز ارز ممکن است در مواقعی زمان‌بر باشد.

Article 14: WikiExchange has no obligation regarding the use of temporary addresses by users, and the user should be aware that cryptocurrency purchase requests may sometimes be time-consuming.

ماده 15

انجام درخواست‌های فروش رمزارز به ویکی اکسچنج به صورت ۲۴ساعته است و واریز وجه به صورت پایا (از یک سیکل پایا تا نهایتا دو روز کاری) انجام خواهد شد. توجه داشته باشید مبلغ ریالی فقط به حساب بانکی به نام دارنده پنل کاربری واریز می‌شود.

Article 15: Cryptocurrency sale requests to WikiExchange are processed 24 hours a day, and the funds will be transferred via Paya (from one Paya cycle up to a maximum of two business days). Please note that the Rial amount will only be deposited into the bank account under the name of the account holder.

ماده 16

بارگذاری لینک تایید تراکنش جهت ثبت درخواست فروش به ویکی اکسچنج تا ۱۵ دقیقه پس از انتقال الزامی است. چنانچه زمان ثبت درخواست فروش موفق با تاخیر بیش از یک ساعت صورت پذیرد، ویکی اکسچنج هیچ تضمینی برای تسویه ریالی رمزارز خریداری شده از کاربر ندارد.

Article 16: Uploading the transaction confirmation link to register a sale request to WikiExchange is mandatory within 15 minutes of the transfer. If the successful sale request registration is delayed by more than one hour, WikiExchange does not guarantee the Rial settlement of the cryptocurrency purchased from the user.

ماده 17

جهت فروش رمزارز به ویکی اکسچنج، توجه کنید که معادل ریالی، بر اساس مقدار صحیح واریزی با توجه به لینک تراکنش و همچنین زمان اضافه شدن رمزارز به کیف پول ویکی اکسچنج محاسبه می‌شود. بنابراین در صورت اختلال در دریافت مقدار رمزارز در کیف پول، حتی با وجود تاییدیه از سمت شبکه بلاکچین، برای دریافت معادل ریالی رمزارز ارسالی، کاربر موظف است تا زمان اضافه شدن رمزارز به کیف پول ویکی اکسچنج منتظر بماند.

Article 17: To sell cryptocurrency to WikiExchange, note that the Rial equivalent is calculated based on the correct amount deposited according to the transaction link and the time the cryptocurrency is added to the WikiExchange wallet. Therefore, in case of a disruption in receiving the cryptocurrency amount in the wallet, even with confirmation from the blockchain network, the user is obliged to wait until the cryptocurrency is added to the WikiExchange wallet to receive the Rial equivalent of the sent cryptocurrency.

ماده 18

بازگشت وجه تنها به حساب شخصی کاربر که خرید رمزارز از آن صورت گرفته است انجام می‌شود.

Article 18: Refunds are only made to the user’s personal account from which the cryptocurrency purchase was made.
